Membership in the Kozlina Real Estate investor network is subject to the following terms:

• Network membership is provided at no cost for qualified investors
• Property information shared is confidential and for your use only
• You agree not to share deal information with non-members without authorization
• We reserve the right to remove members who violate network policies

6. Property Information

All property information, including but not limited to pricing, rental estimates, and property conditions, is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, Kozlina Real Estate does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any property information. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence and inspections before making any purchase decisions.

7. Disclaimer

The materials and services are provided on an "as is" basis. Kozlina Real Estate makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation:

8. Limitations
