Dylan Kozlina is the founder and owner/operator of Kozlina Real Estate and a licensed Pennsylvania realtor (#RS367244). An investor since 2016, he owns a portfolio spanning traditional rentals, short-term rentals and a Christmas tree farm, and sells off-market properties through corporate wholesaling for large acquisition companies. He was named one of Pittsburgh's 2025 50 Finest honourees, helping raise $550,000 for Cystic Fibrosis research.
